Massage Gear shall give refunds for purchases made through the Massage Gear website under the following conditions:

1. On all purchases there is a 7 day cooling off period. Any customer choose to cancel their order and have a full refund* ± of payments made within 7 days of the transaction ±.

2. For any item purchased through the Massage Gear website that is faulty due to manufacturing, a full refund can be arranged provided the customer advises Massage Gear within 7 days of receiving goods purchased.

3. For any item which breaks after being purchased due to poor manufacturing and not due to wear and tear, a full refund can be arranged within 21 day of contacting Massage Gear. The customer is required to send the item back to Massage Gear via post or arrange delivery at their own expense. A refund in full including the freight and handling can then be arranged once the item has been received and assessed. If the customer fails to return the item after 21 days, no refund shall be given. ±

*Less any postage and handling fees.
± All refunds can only be transferred by internet banking into an Australia bank account or via a credit card refund.
